·       Στο Practical Work in Science Education, International Conference, Copenhagen 20-23 May, 1998

 Παρουσίασα ερευνητική εργασία με θέμα “Developing the Concept of the Material Nature of Air  through Laboratory Experiences at Primary School Level.”

·       Στο Συνέδριο της ESERA, Ρώμη, 2-6 Σεπτεμβρίου 1997, είχα την ευθύνη της οργάνωσης συμποσίου στο οποίο παρουσιάστηκαν και δικές μου  ερευνητικές εργασίες σε συνεργασία.

1. “Changes of matter: Target-Obstacles and Dynamic Network”

2. “The definition of concepts which describe the physical or chemical changes as they appear in the  Greek Compulsory Curriculum. Do they facilitate their understanding?”

3.“Pedagocical Analysis of Science Textbooks: Changes of matter” 

·        Στο 4^th ECRICE(European Conference on Research in Chemical Education), York (UK), 9-12 Σεπτεμβρίου 1997, παρουσιάστηκαν  εργασίες μου σε συνεργασία με άλλους ερευνητές.

1. “The role of the pictorial representations of the particulate nature of matter in understanding the relevant concepts included in science textbooks”

2.“The Particulate Model of Matter: A Pedagogical Analysis of Science Textbooks”.

·        Στο 7^th European Conference for Research on Learning and Istruction, Αθήνα, 26-30 Αυγούστου 1997, ήμουν οργανωτής συμποσίου στο οποίο παρουσιάστηκαν εργασίες Ελλήνων και ξένων ερευνητών μεταξύ αυτών παρουσιάστηκε και δική μου εργασία σε συνεργασία με θέμα  

1.“Inferring as a process in teaching science at the primary school level”

2. “From the alternative ideas to the acquisition of the scientific model of heating and cooling”.

·       Στο 2nd World Congress of Nonlinear Analysis, Αθήνα, Ιούλιος 1996

Παρουσίασα εισήγηση με θέμα: “Τhe role of language in understanding the physical concepts”  σε συνεργασία.

·       Στο 3ο  Συνέδριο ECRICE (European Conference on Research in Chemical Education),Πολωνία, 1995, σε συνεργασία, παρουσίασα τα  θέματα:

1.“Teaching the topic of the Particulate Nature of Matter in Prospective Teachers Training Courses”

2. Primary Science Curricula. Changes of Matter.

·       International Conference. Thinking Science for Teaching. The Case of  Physics, Roma, September 1994.

Παρουσίασα εισήγηση με θέμα “The Language of Physics: A case study of the concept of force in primary Education”

·       Symposium of Conceptual Change, FRIEDRICH- SCHILLER UNIVERSITY OF JENA, September 1994.

Παρουσίασα εισήγηση με θέμα “Students’ alternative ideas on Heat and Temperature: A proposal for a constructivist approach to Science teaching through practical work.”

·       2^nd European Conference on Research in Chemical Education, Pisa, Italy, September 1993.

Παρουσίασα δύο εισηγήσεις με θέματα:

1.       “Children’s and Undergraduate students conceptions of the changes in the state of water.”

2.       “The concept of Molecule in fourth year Primary Education students of the University of Athens.”

·       International Conference of learning in Science, The University of Leeds School of Education, May 1993.

Παρουσίασα εισήγηση με θέμα “Students’ alternative ideas on Heat and Temperature: A proposal for a constructivist approach to Science teaching through practical work.”

·       1^st General Conference of the Balkan Physical Union.

Παρουσίασα εισήγηση με θέμα “The processes of Science in Aristotle and their importance in modern science teaching especially in primary and lower secondary grades”
